Arrival and departure

You can arrive at any day of the week. The minimum stay in the villa is 7 nights.

Payment

We ask you to make a  payment of 50% of the total rental costs 10 days after your reservation. This amount is non-refundable and makes your booking final.

The payment of the rest of the rental sum and other costs will be expected to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. You will receive an invoice.

If you book within 4 weeks of arrival you will be required to settle the total sum and the deposit immediately to finalize your booking.

Use of electricity, gas and water

The normal use of electricity (up to 40 KWh per night for 4 persons), gas and water is free but the costs of water and electricity on the island are high so frugal use is appreciated.

For use over 40 KWh per day we charge € 0.40/KWh. This will be settled with your deposit.

Cancellation

In the case of cancellation, the minimum cancellation costs will be: 75% of the rental costs if cancelled between the 14^th until the 5^th day before arrival, 90% of the rental costs if cancelled between the 5th until the day of departure day and 100% of the rental costs  if cancelled on the day of departure or later.

We recommend our quests to get a cancellation travel insurance.
