The villa has a large porch with two 3 seater sofas with table, a large dining table with six chairs and a coffee table.

In the garden there is a pool of 3.5 x8, max 5 m and 1.5 m deep and sun terrace, overlooking a beautiful nature and the azure Caribbean Sea. There are four chairs and two sun loungers. There is a palapa with table and four chairs. The garden is covered with gravel. The pool has an automatic chloride installation(not  blocks) that ensures excellent quality “soft” bathing water.
